Terms and Conditions
Revised 5.28.25

Eligible Participants: Unless otherwise stated, the following rules apply to be eligible for participation in a Bible Passage tour to safeguard the security and intent of the Bible Land Tour program.
-
You must be a member of a church (or a close friend or relative of someone who is a member). References may be required.
-
You must be twelve years of age or older.
-
Those under the age of eighteen must be accompanied by an adult family member or legal guardian or have special permission from the tour directors to attend. For a minor under the age of eighteen, a notarized affidavit must be obtained and presented to airport or governmental officials upon departure and return in order to travel outside of the US without both parents or legal guardians.
-
You must have a passport that is valid for six months beyond your intended departure date from overseas. (For example, if your departure date from Israel is January 1, your passport must not expire before July 1 of that same year.)
-
You must agree to these terms and conditions to be eligible to participate in a tour.
-
You must agree to the tour-specific terms and conditions outlined in the registration documents.
-
You must agree to abide by the principles of conduct outlined in the New Testament, as well as any code of conduct matter listed in the Bible Passages Terms and Conditions listed below
-
You must meet the health and physical disabilities criteria outlined below.
Alcohol: The consumption or purchase of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited at any point during the tour.
Conduct: Bible Passages reserves the right to refuse, reject, or expel any person whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the general well-being of the tour group.
Clothing: Participants are encouraged to dress comfortably but modestly. Bible Passages reserves the right to ask any participant to change their dress to accommodate a spirit of modesty. Some religious sites have strict clothing requirements that will not allow shorts of any kind. Participants agree to comply with Bible Passages’ requirements and understand that if they are not dressed appropriately, they may not be able to enter every site. Some tours will have additional modesty requirements listed in the tour-specific terms and conditions. As a safety precaution, Bible Passages also asks that participants refrain from visible images associated with their nationality (such as an American Flag T-Shirt) on their clothes, handbags, or hats.
Deposits and Reservations: To ensure your place on your desired tour, you must fill out and sign the Bible Passages registration form, either online or via USPS mail, and pay a $300 non-refundable deposit per person. Reservations are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Your reservation is not secure until your deposit has been received.
Pricing: Each trip is organized before final airline and hotel pricing is available; therefore, the total price is subject to change. Costs for each tour can be found in the respective brochure and tour-specific terms and conditions, and although it is subject to change, a significant change is highly unlikely. Costs are calculated as the per-person cost of sharing a room with two twin beds (a full bed or queen bed may be available for married couples, but this is not guaranteed. The twin beds can often be pushed together to make one). Please refer to the respective brochure and tour-specific terms and conditions to determine what is included in the tour price; it may or may not include airfare. Single-occupancy rooms are available but are subject to the single-occupancy fee. If the tour price includes airfare, a land-only price may be available on request.
Payments: Payment can be made by check or credit card. The payment schedule is as follows: 145 days prior to departure, 50% of payment is required; 60 days prior to departure the full payment is required. Airfare prices are subject to change and may be different at the time payment is required. An invoice will be sent to you with exact payment details. Payment made by credit card will be subject to a processing fee of 3.9%.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing. Bible Passages is committed to providing the lowest cost possible for our tours. Because of that commitment, there is no contingency to cover our contractual obligations to our travel partners. If passengers cancel after reservations are secured, it is difficult, if not impossible, to recoup even a partial refund. If you must cancel, Bible Passages will do their best to refund as much to you as possible, but nothing can be guaranteed. Because of this, Bible Passages highly recommends travel and trip cancellation insurance. If you must cancel, the cancellation penalty is as follows:
-
119-70 days before departure – 50% of the total price
-
69-45 days before departure – 70% of the total price
-
Within 45 days - 100% of the total price (i.e. no refund available)
Bible Passages must follow this cancellation policy so that we can fulfill our financial obligations to our suppliers. Therefore, we highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance.

Space is limited: There is a minimum and a maximum number of passengers on each tour. This is to maximize the travel experience and to keep costs affordable. The number of passengers is set between 25 and 50. If, for any reason, the number of registrants falls below the 25-participant threshold, Bible Passages tour directors reserve the right to cancel the tour. If for any reason a trip is canceled due to insufficient numbers, all deposits and payments will be refunded in full.
Hotels and Accommodations: Accommodations are provided in three- to five-star hotels (using the standards of the countries we visit). Two people will share a room with two twin beds and private bathroom facilities. Single rooms are available, but they are subject to the single-occupancy fee since Bible Passages must pay per room.
Tour Amenities and Inclusions: Each tour will include a brochure that will enumerate the items that are and are not included in the pricing. Typical tours usually include (but are not guaranteed) the following:
-
Three- to Five-star hotels

Participants from outside the United States: Travelers whose origination point is outside the United States may participate. Applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to denial. Additional fees may apply. Contact Bible Passages for applicable details and costs.
Air Transportation & Airline Prices and Rules: When airfare is included in the tour, airfare is aboard regularly scheduled air carriers. Once tickets are issued, they are non-refundable and non-transferable. Tour prices are based on a group rate negotiated with the airline. Some costs, such as airline-imposed fuel surcharges, related taxes and levies imposed by any government or its agencies, or any other regulatory fee, are subject to change without notice. The passenger shall bear any increase in airline fares, taxes, and fees. Thus, airfare pricing is not guaranteed until the ticket is paid in full and issued. Name changes due to spelling corrections or to match passport names are subject to airline rules. Penalties for re-ticketing may apply.

Tips & Taxes: All currently known government taxes, local taxes, hotel taxes & service charges, airport taxes, security fees, and fuel surcharges are included in the advertised price. These taxes and fees are controlled by the Government(s) and are subject to change without notice. Any additional taxes are the responsibility of the passenger.
Entrance Fees: Unless otherwise stated, entrance fees are included for all destinations enumerated in the day-to-day tour itinerary. Fees to sites visited on free days are NOT included.
Mental Health and Physical Disabilities: The passenger warrants that he or she is physically, mentally, emotionally, and otherwise capable of enduring the demands of the entire tour. Bible Passages reserves the right to refuse passage to anyone with a physical or mental condition that (in the opinion of Bible Passages) renders him or her incapable of participating in this tour or who (in the opinion of Bible Passages) requires care beyond that which Bible Land Passage Tours can provide.
Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance (trip and health) is not included but is highly recommended. It is the responsibility of each traveler to obtain and pay for insurance if they so desire.
Luggage Restrictions and Packing: Each tour may have specific luggage requirements enumerated in the tour-specific terms and conditions. Each passenger agrees to read and adhere to these requirements. Unless otherwise specified, each tour participant is allowed a single checked bag, a single carry-on, and a single personal item. Any additional costs incurred for baggage at any point in the trip are the tour participant's responsibility and are to be paid directly to the airline at check-in. Baggage insurance is recommended. Bible Passages is not responsible for lost or damaged baggage or other belongings.
Responsibilities and Changes in Itinerary and/or Services: Bible Passages and any of our travel partners (such as Blue and White Israel Tours or Aristotle Travel) are acting merely as agents for SUPPLIERS in selling travel-related services or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this agency such as air, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc. Bible Passages and our partners, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such SUPPLIERS that may result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. The airlines, hotels/lodges, motor coach companies, and other SUPPLIERS providing services shall not be held responsible for accidents, loss of life, damage, baggage losses, delays due to strikes, or faults or defaults of any company used to carry out this tour. The airlines and motor coach companies concerned are not to be held responsible for any acts, omissions, or events during the time passengers are not on board their planes, buses, or conveyances. In the event it becomes advisable for the comfort or well-being of the passengers, for any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made without penalty to Bible Passages or our travel partners. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the passengers. Unless the term “guaranteed” is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoice, reservations request, itinerary, or vouchers, we do not guarantee any of such SUPPLIERS rates, bookings, reservations, connections, schedules, or handling of personal effects. Bible Passages, our travel partners, and the officers, owners, employees, and agents of such shall not be held responsible. They shall be held harmless and released from any liability for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, loss of life, damages, or losses caused to any Traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, civil unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, criminal or abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside of our control or due to any negligence. Contact the Travel Advisory Section of the U.S. State Department for information concerning possible dangers at international destinations. For medical information, call the Public Health Service. By embarking upon his/her travel, the participant voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. The Traveler is hereby warned of such risks and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. The retention of tickets, reservations, bookings, and vouchers after issuance shall constitute the entire agreement between Bible Passages, our travel partners, and the Traveler.
Disclaimer: Bible Passages, our travel partners, and/or our agents and their representatives abroad act only as agents for the tour participants in making arrangements for hotels, transportation, touring, restaurants, or any other services in connection with the itinerary. They will exercise reasonable care in making such arrangements. However, they do not assume any liability for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity to person or property because of any act or default of any hotel, carrier, restaurant, company, or person rendering any services included in the tours. Bible Passages, our travel partners, and/or our agents and their representatives abroad accept no responsibility for any damage, delay, or injury due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, government restraints, hostile acts, terrorism, weather, acts of God, or any other cause beyond their personal control. Bible Passages, our travel partners, and/or our agents and their representatives abroad are not responsible for loss of or damage to your luggage, accidents en route, or ill health which may require travelers to miss parts of the tour or to return home without the group. No carrier shall be responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time tour participants are not on board the carrier’s own conveyance. Tour programs are planned in advance. If circumstances beyond control require changes between planning time and the actual tour operation, Bible Passages, our travel partners, and/or its agents and their representatives abroad reserve the right to vary itineraries and substitute components of tour programs. In the event it becomes necessary or advisable for any reason whatsoever to alter the arrangements or sequence of the itinerary, such alterations may be made without penalty to the operators. Bible Passages and their travel partners reserve the right to accept or refuse any person as a tour member.
