Supporters:
The Lord is the head of the church and we are therefore subject to Him in all things at all times. As commanded in scripture we must also obey them who have the rule over us, namely the elders at the respective works where we will be working. No one congregation can have oversight of another so at any given time, depending upon where we will be working we understand the grave responsibility to be in subjection to the elders at that respective congregation. We have however, been sent out to do the work of the Lord at the urging and direction of the Dripping Springs church of Christ, and they will therefore in a general sense continue to monitor and oversee the work of Bible Passages overall.
In the matter of collections, similar to the Apostle Paul’s arrangement with the church at Philippi and his work in Macedonia, the Dripping Springs church of Christ has agreed to be our overseeing congregation “in the matter of giving and receiving” (Philippians 4:15).
All donations are to be made payable to the Bible Passages (we are a 501 (c)(3) organization) with the following notation in the memo section of the check: Bible Passage Ministry.
